Reportedly, this is the style of single action cavalry revolver that Pat Garrett used when he shot "Billy the Kid" in 1881. Action works. Spin the cylinder, cock the hammer and pull the trigger. Deluxe nickel finish, 7" barrel, with wood grips. Mounted on frame is a print of a photo of Pat Garrett taken shortly before the shooting, a replica silver badge he wore as Sheriff, Lincoln County, AZ and a brass identification plaque. Light wood.
