Weary Hunters

artist Martin Grelle is best known for his dramatic paintings of Native
Americans. In "Weary Hunters" he combines the beautiful pinks,
purples and blues so popular in his other winter paintings with the
crisp white of the snow and birch trees and the rich, warm
tones in the horses and riders. This "winter dress" of the
braves is particularly elaborate and interesting.
